This position is primarily focused on our assisted living residents. You will provide exceptional care, support, and pass medications to our residents all in a warm, family-like environment. No experience is necessary for this entry level position; we will provide all the training and support you need to be a successful and valuable member of our team. All team members receive training in assisted living and memory care, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills and support residents throughout the community.
Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living.

Passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.

Encouraging resident independence and engagement.

Performing housekeeping duties.

Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.

Shifts:

6a – 2:30p, full-time and part-time, including every other weekend.
-
2p – 10:30p, full-time and part-time, including every other weekend.
-
10p – 6:30a (awake), full-time and part-time, including every other weekend.

Shift differentials for overnights and weekends!

We are excited to offer paid time off and a 403b retirement plan open to all employees, both effective immediately upon hire. For employees hired at 30+ hours/week we have great health insurance that offers a variety of coverage and cost levels, and dental insurance. Qualifications:
We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly for this entry level position.
Med Pass experience preferred but not required. Candidates without experience must be willing to complete med pass training.
Successful candidates are dependable, flexible team players with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.
