About the Role

As a Unit Aide / Assistant, you will provide vital non-clinical and supportive assistance across our nursing units. You will work with independence, flexibility, and good judgment to help maintain a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in long-term care and take advantage of career growth pathways, including sign-on bonuses as you advance into a C.N.A. role.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).

  • Experience & Passions: Experience with, and a strong desire to care for people—especially those who are older and chronically ill.

  • Core Skills & Abilities: Ability to work with independence, flexibility, and good judgment; strong verbal communication skills; a commitment to creating a safe environment and fostering positive customer relationships.

  • Culture & Communication: Ability to engage and embrace culture change and communicate additional education or training needs timely to your supervisor.
