Job Summary We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writer capabilities, and previous automotive repair experience.

Every day is different in our busy automotive service center. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including overseeing Technicians , addressing customer inquiries and helping them with their needs , and managing required documentation. Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability

  • Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department

  • Manage the flow of service department paperwork, including invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required

  • At least two years of experience as an automotive service writer and technician
