Job Description
What to Expect
The East Regional Training Supervisor leads execution of Semi Service Training across western region service locations. This role ensures consistent, high quality training delivery while supporting regional service readiness and growth.
25% travel required for this position.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop regional training teams and instructors
Ensure consistent execution of Semi Service onboarding and certification programs
Partner with regional service leadership to identify training needs and gaps
Track training effectiveness, certification compliance, and technician readiness
Deploy new training programs, curriculum updates, and standards
Balance enterprise consistency with regional and site-specific needs
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience leading teams in training, service, or operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Multi-site or regional leadership experience
Experience in automotive, heavy vehicle, or technical service environments
Data driven approach to training performance and improvement
