Job Responsibilities:

The district is seeking a passionate and dedicatedHead Freshman Basketball Coachto lead and mentor student-athletes. The coach will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, promoting skill development, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all players.

Stipend: $5,314 (2026-27 school year)

Qualifications for this position:

  • Must have or be able to obtain an Iowa Coaching license.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective practice plans that enhance skill development and teamwork.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, supporting their academic and personal growth.
