Evening Shift LPN

The Gardens at Country, a leading healthcare provider in Swansea, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Evening Shift LPN to join our team!

About the Role:

We are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents and are looking for a skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work our evening shift. As an Evening Shift LPN at The Gardens at Country, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
