Physical Therapist

Location(s):Bangor, Maine and Machias, Maine

Licenses/Certifications:Physical Therapist License

Education:PT - graduate of accredited program

Experience:1 year with rehabilitation experience ideal

Job Description

Will provide professional physical therapy services in the patient’s home, school, or residential facility in accordance with physician’s orders and agency policies and procedures. Provides consultant physical therapy services when appropriate. Must hold or be able to earn a BLS certification.

Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.

Physical Therapist – Annual Salary Range – $67,600 to $91,520

CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
