Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing Community Marketing Program Greeter to welcome guests and support sales tours booking efforts. In this public facing role, you will help draw attention to our booth or event area, engage with passersby, and direct interested individuals to program representatives.
Responsibilities:

Greet and engage members of the public in high traffic areas

Provide basic program information and direct individuals to staff

Support booth or event setup and maintain a clean, organized space
-
Work both indoors and outdoors in busy, sometimes loud environments
-
Represent the company professionally at all times
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Indoor and outdoor locations, including exposure to weather
-
Moderate to loud noise levels due to crowds or events
-
Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $18.90 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state’s minimum wage per hour plus commissions and bonuses. The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000 comprised of hourly rate and commissions. Top performers may earn up to $118,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements. The actual compensation of the candidate(s) selected for this role may be affected by a variety of factors, including but not limited to performance, experience, education, skills, prior training, and work location.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is $16.90 - $18.90 plus commissions and bonuses.
