  • Partner with the HR Business Partner, Operations to implement HR initiatives and escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk employee matters.

  • Analyze workforce and recruiting data, employee concerns, and exit interview feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to hiring, engagement, and retention.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned Operations positions, including developing recruiting strategies, posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, establish priorities, evaluate candidates, and determine who advances through the interview process.

  • Provide a positive and consistent candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.

  • Partner with Operations and EHS leadership to promote employee well-being and workplace safety, including participating in the Safety Committee and supporting safety communications, return-to-work matters, and accommodation processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee and recruiting documentation and use HR systems and reporting tools to track and analyze workforce information.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement company-wide programs, improve HR and recruiting processes, and support organizational initiatives.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and candidate information with discretion.

  • Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, recruiting, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.

  • Sound judgment and the ability to evaluate information, consistently apply HR policies, develop recommendations, and recognize when escalation is appropriate.

  • Ability to independently balance recruiting, employee relations, and broader HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, supply chain, logistics, quality, healthcare, or other operational roles.

  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools.
