Job Duties
Merry Maids is looking for a detailed, dependable cleaner to clean homes and small businesses throughout NW twin cities suburbs. Must be willing to help clean our Hopkins location when needed. Must have a reliable vehicle to drive to assigned homes throughout each scheduled workday.
Very active job comes with great benefits/rewards! On your feet all day, full range of motion (twist, turn, bend, lift, stairs, kneel). Must be able to wash floors on hands and knees. Spraying, vacuuming, wiping, scrubbing, carrying, etc.
Minimum Education Required
Understand English (Speak, Read, Write). Smartphone capabilities. Interpersonal communication skills. Customer Service skills. Work well in teams and independently.
Minimum Experience Required
1-year professional house or hotel cleaning experience preferred. Training will be provided.

Compensation
$17.00 - $23.00 / Hourly
Additional Compensation
Training pay is $17 per hour. Training period is 10-15 days.
After training period is completed - Pay is $17.50-$20.00 based on experience + customer tips with an opportunity to earn an extra $1-$2 per hour by the end of your 1st year. Earn $23 per hour working on Saturdays and / or Sundays. 1st 30-day review is provided plus Quarterly and/or annual raises are provided based on performance and labor market price.
