We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of major DOT transportation infrastructure projects throughout the Central Texas area. This role will oversee complex highway, roadway, bridge, and transportation improvement projects while providing leadership to construction management teams and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and project stakeholders.

The Construction Project Manager will partner with our Texas PM/CM leadership team to support the growth and delivery of our transportation program. Responsibilities include managing project execution, leading multidisciplinary construction teams, developing client relationships, and supporting business development efforts with local and state transportation agencies.

If you're passionate about improving transportation networks and helping deliver projects that make a lasting impact on the Houston region, we'd like to hear from you. Join our team and help shape the future of transportation infrastructure across Southeast Texas.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered instead of a related degree.

  • Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics, and a proven history leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations

  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work.

  • Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • PE and/or CCM certification

  • Texas Department of Transportation experience

  • Experience with other transportation municipalities within Texas
