Job Description EDGE programs are designed to help the next generation of makers, builders and innovators jump-start a successful career at Rockwell Automation. These programs will help new grads expand, discover, grow and excel - providing that critical EDGE needed as you grow into your career. By participating in this rotational program, you will complete four six-month project assignments designed to build your knowledge of Rockwell Automation products, processes, and technical skills. Associates perform in a full-time professional capacity throughout the program. Associates can be placed within a technology development or analytics development program track based on their interests and skillsets. Rotation areas could include: Information Security & Cyber Security Data Analytics & Data Engineering Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Automation Engineering Application Development Cloud Engineering Network Security Enterprise Architecture Tools/Technology Research IT Strategy & Portfolio Management End User Experience The Essentials - You Will Have: Graduating or graduated with a Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university prior to the start date (~June/July 2027) .
