Engineers who can jump into a large, complicated legacy Java codebase and figure it out independently
Strong ability to read and debug complex SQL and application logic
Comfortable learning a complex business domain with industry-specific terminology
Ability to use Copilot effectively to understand code, trace execution paths, and navigate domain logic

Experience working in complex legacy codebases
Full-stack development capabilities
GitHub Copilot / AI prompting skills
Frontend: Thymeleaf + DataTables
Modernization: Refactoring and breaking apart monolithic legacy applications
Apache Kafka
Kubernetes / GitHub Actions
Azure Synapse
Azure Data Factory
Experience with regulated or compliance-heavy applications
