RN job details:
Essential Job Duties:
-
Conducts physical exams using common assessment skills in a systematic manner.
-
Collaborates on care plans and assists physician with special procedures.
-
Provides patient education to promote self-care and independence.
-
Demonstrates job knowledge, follows company policies and protocols.
-
Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.
Qualifications:
-
Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
-
Must have active IN RN license
-
BLS certification.
-
Previous RN experience preferred.
