Part-Time Infant Teacher

Position Summary Young Achievers Academy, a Keystone STARS 4 early childhood education program, is seeking a nurturing, patient, and dependable Part-Time Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about infant care and development, demonstrates strong supervision skills, and is committed to providing a safe, loving, and stimulating learning environment. ### Key Responsibilities 1. Provide attentive, responsive, and nurturing care to infants. 2. Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and sleeping routines. 3. Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory, language, and developmental activities. 4. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. 5. Follow safe sleep guidelines and applicable childcare regulations. 6. Document daily activities, developmental milestones, and care routines. 7. Communicate professionally with families and coworkers. 8. Maintain active supervision and required staff-to-child ratios. 9. Support YAA's mission to Educate, Nurture, and Develop every child. ### Qualifications 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2. CDA credential or associate degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. 3. Two years of documented childcare experience preferred, particularly with infants. 4. Knowledge of infant development, health, and safety practices. 5. Ability to meet Pennsylvania childcare employment and clearance requirements. 6.
