Certified Dialysis Technician Acute Float

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide hands-on dialysis care in a hospital setting. Dialysis experience with certification (CCHT/BONENT) required for this role.

Float PCT Opportunity: Muskegon & Grand Rapids, MI area Schedule - Full Time, Day Shift

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one dialysis care to patients with kidney disease
• Monitor and record vital signs, set up dialysis machines, and observe treatment
• Support patients physically and emotionally throughout their care
• Educate patients on dialysis-related topics
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

What You’ll Need:

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
• Comfort working with blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina for long shifts (up to 12+ hours)
• Flexibility to float between locations as needed
• CHT, BONENT certified
