JOB SUMMARY:

This Revenue Specialist II – Child Support Processing Analyst position, on the Case Assessment Team, performs customer support for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with customers and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Initiating and responding to requests

  • Coordinating with internal and external partners

  • Researching and resolving case issues

  • Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps

  • Assisting customers

  • Interacting with legal services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners

  • Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II.

  • Have not accepted a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers).

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position can be housed in Gainesville or Lake City, FL.

  • This position has a standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.

  • This position may require you to work outside your regular work schedule, should there be a business need to do so.

  • This role is eligible for telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.

SALARY: $38,760.36 - $45,004.08
