Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily manufacturing execution. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership style, strong communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
Shift: 2nd
What's the Job?

Manage a production division from raw materials to finished product, ensuring schedules are met.

Lead and develop a team of 20-30 hourly employees, focusing on performance training and development.

Collaborate with Operations Managers to control costs and meet corporate goals.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
-
Drive quality improvements and support customer satisfaction, including coverage for Operations Managers and special projects as needed.
What's Needed?
-
3-5 years of proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety standards.

Ability to work under pressure with strong initiative and follow-through.

Bachelor's degree or military equivalent experience.

Familiarity with engineering methods and capacity analysis, including Lean manufacturing experience.
