Full job description

$21 per hour

Oak Brook, IL

Contract

Duration: 2 Months with possible extension

Summary:

As a Property Management Specialist, you will provide routine services for a variety of departmental and financial activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day management of commercial properties.

  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants and assist with tenant relations.

  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and building operations.

  • Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records.

  • Conduct property inspections and help ensure compliance with site standards.

  • Monitor service requests and support issue resolution.

  • Help ensure properties are well maintained and deliver a positive tenant experience.

Qualifications:

  • Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, basic financial knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
