In This Role, You'll

Provide day-to-day technical support for end users

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and account-related issues

Assist with password resets, device setup, connectivity issues, and general IT requests

Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up to ensure resolution

Gain exposure to industry-standard tools, processes, and support environments

Work alongside experienced IT professionals who can help you develop your technical skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
