Insight Global is hiring a Contracts & Sourcing Specialist for a 12-month contract opportunity, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Bay Area who can work onsite 3 days per week. Candidates located in PST are strongly preferred, though exceptional remote candidates may be considered. This individual will support sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supplier management activities across logistics, warehousing, robotics, and material handling categories.

Working closely with a Sourcing Manager, this person will own sourcing processes end-to-end, including gathering vendor quotes, performing spend and pricing analysis, coordinating RFPs, supporting contract administration, maintaining sourcing dashboards and trackers, and driving supplier engagement. The role requires frequent collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to resolve procurement and contracting issues, improve sourcing processes, and ensure data integrity across tools and reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and analytical, with experience supporting global logistics. They should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with vendors and stakeholders, identifying process improvements, and taking ownership with minimal oversight.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of sourcing or procurement

  • Experience supporting sourcing within logistics, transportation, warehousing, 3PL or related operational categories

  • Experience supporting global suppliers, logistics operations, or international sourcing activities

  • Strong sourcing and procurement experience, including pricing comparisons, bid leveling, spend analysis, and vendor evaluation

  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise procurement organizations

  • Experience gathering quotes, managing RFPs, and working directly with suppliers and vendors -Knowledge of contract administration and contracting processes, including review of contract language, documentation, amendments, and purchase order exhibits -Experience managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and projects simultaneously -Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate procurement, contract, and supplier records

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally and guide stakeholders through procurement processes

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal direction

  • Bay Area based and able to work onsite 3 days per week

  • Experience creating procurement processes, playbooks, onboarding workflows, or operational documentation

  • Experience with AI tools for sourcing analysis, workflow optimization, reporting, or process automation

  • Advanced sourcing or procurement strategy experience Familiarity with supplier performance management, KPIs, and business reviews

  • Previous experience with Meta or a similar large technology organization
