  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education

  • Current licensure or permit as a registered nurse in the state of Arkansas.

  • Experience

  • Knowledge of hospital and department policies and procedures, patient care procedures; ability to operate technical equipment as acquired through orientation.

  • Physical

  • This is a safety sensitive position. Please see the St. Bernards Substance Abuse Policy for further information.

  • Normal hospital environment. Exposure to biological hazards. Frequent exposure to unpleasant odors. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Distinguish smells. Distinguish temperatures by touch and proximity. Lifting up to 100 lbs. Carrying up to 40 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 350 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.

  • JOB SUMMARY

  • The position is responsible for development and delivery of SBMC clinical training. This position will collaborate with nursing leadership ensure consistency in training, optimization, and support across designated departments. This position will be directly involved with coordinating, maintaining and developing training, optimization and support materials, scheduling and training. Audience for training, and support includes clinical and administrative staff in all capacities in all clinical applications. This position will educate process for all electronic health records (EHRs) to remain compliant with current and future quality reporting requirements for regulatory and payor criteria.
