Description Robert Half is seeking a motivated detail oriented to support customer engagement and product awareness in retail environments. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, explain product or service benefits, encourage participation, and provide feedback from the field to help improve overall engagement efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating new ideas clearly, and adapting to different locations and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers in retail or public-facing environments to introduce products or services. Explain key features and benefits through clear, in-person communication or demonstrations. Encourage customer participation, sign-ups, or adoption using a consultative approach. Represent the brand professionally and build positive relationships with on-site teams and staff. Track daily interactions, participation activity, and customer feedback, and share updates with internal teams. Adjust engagement strategies based on customer responses, traffic patterns, and performance results. Travel within the assigned area to support multiple locations as needed. Maintain flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or other scheduled shifts as required. Contribute to team and performance goals through a proactive, customer-focused approach. Requirements Qualifications: Prior experience in direct sales, customer-facing promotion, or retail support roles. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of customers. Comfort explaining technology products in simple, compelling terms. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and remain motivated in a field-based environment. Willingness to travel locally between store locations within the market. Availability to work a Thursday-to-Monday schedule, including weekends and possible evening hours. Solid judgment and adaptability when responding to shopper needs and changing store conditions.
