Medicaldoctorsexamine, diagnose and treat patients. D.O will: Specialize in Internal Medicine Diagnose diseases, illnesses, and/or conditions Examine the patient and going over medical history Administer treatment for the condition as presented by the patient Provide counsel to the patient regarding care and ongoing treatment for a condition and engaging in healthy lifestyle habits Order and perform diagnostic tests and procedures Monitor patient progress and response to therapies and/or treatments
