About the Role

Join a fastgrowing, techfirst business insurance provider thats redefining how small businesses get coverage.

This is a true inbound customer service role. Youll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance.

What Youll Do

• Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on onecall resolution

• Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications

• Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification

• Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner

• Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and followups

• Contribute to a teamfocused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

What Were Looking For

• Customer service or call center experience (property & casualty experience preferred)

• Active Property & Casualty license required (must be general or commercial lines - CANNOT be personal lines)

• Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems

• Strong communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills

• Dependability and a teamfirst mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
