Principal Accountability: Oversees, organizes, and coordinatescycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returnsEnsures adequate safetymeasuresare followed to protect personnel and propertyAdvises subordinates with questions or problems in any aspect of work activities.Monitors work and examines production areas for accuracy, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.Recommends and implements documented changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality and safetyPerforms or assists subordinates in performance of duties.The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation. Working Environment: Assignment Complexity- Utilization of multiple internal and external systems and dashboards to ensure process compliance and accuracy Accountability-Maintain service level agreements utilizing existing systems and tools and ensure subordinates are following safety protocol and standards Impact of Decisions- Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve goals could result in additional costs and personnel, and serious delays in overall schedules. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
