Telephonic/Data Entry Enrollment Specialist

Job Description

As an enrollment specialist, you will work onsite to support the Health Insurance sales representatives with over-the-phone enrollments. The reps will transfer calls to you, in which you will read a script and enter enrollment application information in the system for Medicare clientele

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent telephonic customer service & computer data-entry skills
• Understanding of health insurance / Medicare
• Can come onsite in Bloomington, MN to train the first day, and then can work remote between an 8-6 shift Monday-Friday
• Experience at competing health insurance companies
• Experience supporting open enrollment before
• Back-to-back queue / call center experience
