The General Manager (GM) is the strategic and operational leader of the restaurant, responsible for driving overall performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction. This role oversees all daytoday operations, leads a highperforming management team, ensures foodsafety and operational compliance, and cultivates a positive culture that supports team development, engagement, and consistent execution of brand standards. Responsibilities: As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all staff, budgets, and operations of our local Burger King. ensuring all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. The responsibilities include formulating an overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, youll help our company grow and thrive.
