Full job description

Assists in sorting, processing, and distributing incoming and outgoing packages. Load, unload and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.Provide professional, courteous, and responsive customer service during all customer interactions. Obtain required signatures and delivery confirmations.Operates university vehicle when making pickups and deliveries on predetermined schedules and routes. Records vehicle mileage and reports all accidents and maintenance of vehicle (cleaning and repairs) to immediate supervisor.Assists with the preparation of outgoing shipments. Supports the warehouse operations during non-delivery periods. Collaborate with staff and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.Perform special deliveries or pickups as assigned. Assist with warehouse organization and cleanup. Perform other duties as assigned.
