Lead all recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staffing initiatives within the Housekeeping Department to ensure appropriate coverage and operational excellence. Provide strategic leadership, coaching, training, and development for housekeeping associates and managers, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Oversee associate performance management, including evaluations, recognition, corrective action, and career development planning. Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, linen inventories, equipment, and operating supplies to achieve financial and operational objectives. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance are consistently maintained throughout guestrooms and public areas. Drive guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional housekeeping services and proactively addressing service opportunities and guest concerns. Maintain accurate room status reporting and collaborate closely with Front Office and Rooms Division leadership to support efficient hotel operations. Lead departmental meetings and communicate key performance metrics, service standards, safety initiatives, and operational priorities with housekeeping leadership and associates. Analyze departmental performance, including payroll, purchasing, productivity, and quality metrics, implementing action plans to improve results and meet budget goals.
