The Cadmus Group seeks an experienced, part-time professional who is interested in working approximately 20 hours per week and has a strong background as a technical assistance provider and/or regulator for water and/or wastewater utilities. This position will assist government agencies and communities to address water operational, infrastructure, and regulatory challenges. The successful candidate will provide onsite and remote assistance to utilities to help them achieve compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and Clean Water Act (CWA). They will utilize their understanding of system operations, infrastructure, regulations, and related programs to support water and wastewater utilities and improve public health. They should be comfortable working with water and wastewater utility operators and their regulators and should have a strong familiarity with the challenges operators face, especially in small, rural communities.
