Job Overview:
Nati onal Accou nt s S ales Int ern - T ARGET
As the Target Acco unt Sale s Inte rn at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will gain hands-on exposure to account management, category insights, retail analytics, promotional planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.
This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.
Shift/Schedule:

The KDP 2027 Internship Program will run from June 7 th – August 13 th , 2027

Location:Minneapolis, MN

Full-time; 40 hours per week

Monday-Friday
-
8:00am until 5:00pm

Hybrid(minimum 2-3 days onsite per week)

As the Target A ccount S ales Intern y ou will s upport the Target sales team in driv ing profitable growth, executing retail strategies, and delivering best-in-class customer support for one of the company's most critical retail partners . D ay to day t asks inclu de (b ut are not limited to):

Analyze sales, market share, inventory, and promotional performance data

Develop weekly and monthly business reports for Target account teams
-
Monitor retail performance trends and identify growth opportunities, risks, and key business insights
-
Support the preparation of customer scorecards and executive business reviews
-
Assist with key administrative & business adhoc activities
Elements of the KDP 202 7 Co-op Program include:

Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment

Receive mentor support for your professional development
-
Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
-
Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
-
Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
Total Rewards:

$28/hour

Paid bi-weekly
-
$2,500 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements:
-
Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university
-
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
-
Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
-
Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
-
Proficient in Microsoftexcel
