Sales Analyst

Description

Prepare and maintain recurring sales, revenue, and customer program reporting.

Analyze sales and operational data to support strategic account initiatives and business decisions.

Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality review processes.

Support customer program administration and reporting requirements.

Partner with sales, operations, finance, and leadership teams to gather, validate, and distribute critical business information.

Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, trackers, and process documentation.

Research and resolve reporting discrepancies, data inquiries, and exception requests.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, analytics, and data governance.

Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and operational support as needed.

Manage reporting calendars and ensure timely completion of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.

Maintain account, opportunity, and sales data within CRM and ERP systems, proactively identifying and correcting data inconsistencies.

Administer customer portals, account rosters, master files, and related access requirements.

Prepare customer program reports, fee and rebate submissions, compliance documentation, and customer-facing files while protecting confidential information and maintaining supporting records.

Assist with contract administration, document management, and executive reporting related to customer agreements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, business operations, or analytical support role.

Valid driver's license.
