Role Summary

Join a team dedicated to supporting employers and business partners with benefit administration solutions and service excellence. In this role, you will manage employer relationships, coordinate onboarding and integration activities, resolve service issues, and serve as a trusted resource for employers throughout their lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, relationship management teams, and internal partners while helping deliver a seamless customer experience.Key Accountabilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with employer clients and business partners, serving as a trusted point of contact for service and support.

Manage onboarding and implementation activities for new employer groups, including portal integration and account setup.

Resolve employer inquiries and service issues by providing timely guidance, problem resolution, and ongoing support.

Support employer communications through inbound calls, shared mailboxes, and other service channels.

Coordinate file integrations, financial account setup, and ongoing servicing requests to ensure a smooth client experience.

Interpret and communicate relevant policies, procedures, regulations, and program information to employer clients.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance employer service outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams to protect sensitive information, support compliance requirements, and deliver effective client solutions.

Education & ExperienceRequired

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

1+ years of account or relationship management experience.

3+ years of customer service experience.

Life & Health Insurance License obtained within 3 months of hire.

HSAe Certification through ECFC obtained within 3 months of hire.

CFC Certification through ECFC obtained within 3 months of hire.

Preferred

3+ years of experience in the insurance, health savings account, or third-party administration industry.

Experience supporting benefit administration programs and employer-facing customer relationships.

Familiarity with benefit onboarding, integration, and issue resolution processes.

$49,910.00 - $85,560.00 per year
