REPLENISHMENT ONLY
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for replenishing the inventory in the forward position of the warehouse and for performing cycle counts of inventory. The secondary responsibility of this position is pulling merchandise from shelves to fulfill orders.
REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Duties
Replenishes the inventory in the forward based on instructions from the voice inventory software program known as Jennifer.
Organizes product on shelves.
Operates powered equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
Assists with organizing and cleaning the warehouse.
Assists in taking inventory on a bi-monthly basis or as needed.
Secondary Duties
Assists with pulling orders based on instruction from Jennifer.
Assists with shelving merchandise based on instruction from the voice inventory software program known as Jennifer.
EMPLOYEES SUPERVISED: None
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Replenish/Cycle Count employee must be able to effectively listen and follow specific directions. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The individual must be able to read and write and effectively communicate with others. Basic math skills are required. This position requires a person to be on their feet working in a fast paced warehouse environment throughout day.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this position, the associate is regularly required to talk and hear. The associate is frequently required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to move at a fast pace throughout the warehouse. The associate is also required to stand, climb or balance, stoop and kneel. The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific vision ability required include, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Normal hearing is required.
