Organizational Change Manager Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead and support change management initiatives across the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring successful implementation of strategic projects and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. The Organizational Change Manager will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, from senior leadership to frontline employees, to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption during periods of transformation.
