Our Purpose

At SentinelOne, we are driven by a clear purpose: to give the advantage to those who secure our future. As AI reshapes how organizations build, operate, and innovate, the responsibility to protect them becomes more critical than ever. When you join SentinelOne, your work helps protect global enterprises, critical infrastructure, and the technologies shaping tomorrow. If you are motivated by meaningful challenges and want your impact to be real, measurable, and global, you will find purpose here. About Us

SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. Our AI-native platform unifies protection across endpoint, cloud, identity, data, and AI systems to deliver autonomous detection and response with clarity and speed. By combining real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation, we reduce noise, simplify complexity, and empower security teams to focus on what truly matters. Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity. What Are We Looking For? We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As a Director of Product Management, you will be tasked with owning the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Analyst Experience, the workflows SentinelOne's security analysts use to triage, investigate, and respond to threats across endpoint, cloud, identity, and third-party data, and giving these areas one vision and one narrative. You will lead a team of up to 6 product managers, each owning part of the analyst workflow, and make sure their work adds up to a single product rather than a set of separate features. This role calls for someone who has run a product for an analyst-facing security operations product, understands how analysts work under pressure, and has taken enterprise customers through a major platform migration. What Will You Do? Primary responsibilities include:

  • Define how analysts should work in the Singularity Platform, and write the narrative that connects the Operations Center, Purple AI, asset and entity inventory, investigation graph, and investigation timeline into one experience; set the agentic-first analyst direction, deciding where the analyst stays in the loop and how the interface earns trust in agent actions through transparency and control; and define and report on analyst outcomes, such as mean time to investigate and respond, alerts handled per analyst, investigations resolved by agents, and adoption of the new experience, alongside delivery milestones.
  • Drive the unification of assets and entities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and third-party data into a single model that every analyst workflow and agent uses; own the product direction for the investigation graph and investigation timeline, so an analyst or an agent can see what happened, in what order, and what it touched, without switching tools; and partner with data platform and engineering leaders on the data model, entity resolution, query performance, and scale requirements behind these experiences.
  • Own the program that moves legacy customers to the new analyst experience, including parity planning, migration tooling, sequencing by customer segment, deprecation timelines, and customer communication; work with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and MSSP/MDR partners to plan rollouts, manage risk for large and regulated accounts, and track migration through to completion; and make and defend the calls on what to carry forward, what to redesign, and what to retire.
  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of product managers, setting the bar for PRDs, roadmaps, prioritization, and customer-facing communication; run planning for the group and make explicit tradeoffs across the team's roadmaps, including saying no to good ideas in service of the few that matter most; and work closely with UX design and research, since in this area the experience is the product and design quality is part of the job.
  • Spend regular time with SOC analysts, MSSPs, and security leaders to test assumptions and observe real investigations; support sales, solutions engineering, and product marketing on positioning, competitive deals, and field enablement for the new experience; and represent Analyst Experience in company-wide planning and in briefings with industry analysts.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring? Ideal candidates will have:

  • 10 or more years in product management at enterprise SaaS or security companies, including 3 or more years leading and managing other product managers.
  • Direct experience owning an analyst-facing security operations product, such as SIEM, XDR, SOAR, EDR investigation, or adjacent; you know how a SOC triages, investigates, and escalates, and what slows analysts down.
  • A track record of leading a large migration or deprecation program that moved an installed base of enterprise customers from a legacy product or interface to a new one, with measurable completion and retention results.
  • Product experience with large-scale data platforms, such as entity resolution, graph data models, event timelines, or high-volume search, with enough depth to make data model and performance tradeoffs with engineering.
  • Experience setting a single vision across several product areas and aligning engineering, design, and go-to-market teams behind it.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and comfort presenting to executives, analysts, and customers alike.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 15 percent of the time for customer engagements and internal planning.
  • Shipped AI or agentic product experiences, such as LLM-driven investigation, copilots, or autonomous workflows, including how to evaluate them and build user trust, is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a SOC analyst, threat hunter, or incident responder is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-tenant MSSP or MDR workflows, or a background in design-led products or close partnership with a UX organization, is preferred.

Why SentinelOne? AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment. From day one, we architected an AI-native platform designed to operate at machine speed, not as an add-on to legacy systems but as the foundation itself.
