What you’ll do:

As Group Supervisor, you will be operationally responsible, through the work performed by Coach Counselors, for the safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of youth in the program. The Group Supervisor’s leadership duties include the authority to give guidance and direction about policy, procedures, schedules and best practices to the Coach Counselor Team. The Group Supervisor exercises his/her authority on a daily basis through direction and supervision of both youth and staff in order to meet expectations of the services provided. The Group Supervisor reports to the Shift Supervisor.

To be considered, you should:

  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect

  • Have a high school diploma

  • Have a desire to work with at-risk teens and direct care experience with youth is preferred

  • Have at least 1 year in a similar supervisory role

  • Be at least 21 years of age

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test
