Caseworker

Overview: The Children's Home of Wyoming is seeking a Case Worker in Liberty. The Caseworker is responsible for maintaining good relationships through collaboration and advocacy on client's behalf with DSS, community agencies, schools, and other service providers. Providing parenting skills groups, advocacy, and counseling for families, addressing needs Completing assessments -including but not limited the FASP, inputting progress notes Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation, including assessments (e.g., FASP), progress notes, and case-specific materials, ensuring accuracy in client records. Facilitating and participate in regular planning conferences, case planning, and service implementation, ensuring the involvement of all relevant service providers. Managing a caseload of 1:16 Skills required to perform this position: Teaching Documentation Meetings Assessments Requirements; Physical Exam Reference Checks Drug Screening Class D NY State Valid Licensed and must meet insurance liability requirements throughout employment Background Check Bachelor's Degree 1 year experience Shift, Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, First Shift, $22.00 to 24.00 hourly, Benefits include; Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Holidays, 401K/Retirement and Childcare benefits.
