Full job description
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Cook using ovens, fryers, microwaves, Hobart mixer, pizza oven. Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards. Stock, rotate, and portion ingredients per recipe. Read tickets, fulfill orders with =99% accuracy. Maintain sanitation, clean kitchen, and assist with dishwashing. Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables. Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, carving meats, making soups or salads, baking breads or desserts, and brewing coffee or tea. Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen and dining areas. Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers. Cook, and fry foods such as french fries, mushrooms, and cheese curds ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED; 18+ years old. 1+ year kitchen experience preferred.
