Job Description:
-
Provides input to annual budgeting and cost management related to equipment needs and staffing.
-
Assists with planning Breast Conference. Performs other job-related responsibilities as requested by the Director.
-
Communicates effectively with Radiologists, Surgeons, and Administration to ensure superior patient care and services.
-
Evaluates and makes purchasing recommendations for equipment and ensures availability of medical supplies.
-
Maintains and updates Breast Center policies and procedures.
-
Develops, implements, and evaluates new and existing programs to ensure high-level services.
-
Ensures compliance with licensing and regulatory standards, including accurate audits of required statistics.
-
Manages and implements data collection to monitor clinical, operational, and financial outcomes, as well as MQSA QA/QC standards.
-
Develops service goals based on the department and organization’s strategic plan.

Plans, schedules, and manages procedural aspects of the Breast Center.

Performs other duties as assigned.

10+ work [Required]

10+ years of mammography experience [Required]

5+ years of experience with acr regulations and mqsa guidelines for quality control [Required]

5+ years of stereotactic experience [Required]
