Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an electrical Superintendent to lead daily field operations for a Jacksonville-area project. This person will oversee electrical Foremen and field teams while managing safety, quality, productivity, manpower, and schedule execution.

Project Scope

• Oversees one project at a time
• Projects may include an Amazon warehouse, hospital, or data center
• Typically manages 1–5 Foremen, depending on project scope
• Projects are currently primarily within the planning cycle
• Works closely with the General Superintendent and project-management team

Skills and Requirements

• Florida electrical license
• Strong electrical construction background
• Superintendent experience or 5+ years of strong Foreman-level experience
• Experience leading Foremen and electrical crews
• Ability to manage daily field operations and manpower
• Must pass required background screening
