Description
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide actionable insights that improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and overall business results. This role works closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, website traffic, and lead generation.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Monitor customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Gather, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools, and databases.
-
Provide recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
-
Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and operations to support business objectives.

Measure customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion metrics.
-
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and marketing performance planning.
-
Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting integrity across platforms.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
-
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, digital marketing, or a related analytical role.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
-
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis functions.
-
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
-
Familiarity with web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics.
-
Strong communication and presentation skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exposure to predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
