UC Health is seeking a Director, IT – ERP & Enterprise Business Applications to lead the strategy, delivery, and support of our enterprise business application portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (HCM, SCM, and Financials) and related platforms including Tecsys, Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and workforce management systems such as Time & Attendance, Staffing, and Scheduling.

The Director partners closely with leaders across Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, the PMO, and Digital Health Services to align technology investments with business priorities, drive application modernization, and ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing business systems. This role is responsible for application strategy, governance, integrations, vendor management, operational excellence, and team leadership.
