Software Trainer

Provide customer support to existing customers via email and phone 3. Log all customer support requests/issues into CRM software 4. Testing of new product releases 5. Update software manuals and documentation Requirements 1. Ability to work as a team and independently 2. Demonstrated experience training in a remote or on-site environment 3. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) 4. Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience both verbally and written 5.
