IT Analyst

IT Analyst (Philadelphia, PA): Test, maintain, and monitor store-level ordering and sales systems used in pizza franchise operations, including coordinating the installation and updates of point-of-sale (POS) and related software across locations. Use computer systems to analyze and resolve operational issues, including improving coordination between order processing, inventory tracking, and basic cost control functions within the franchise. Analyze order processing workflows and identify system-related issues affecting order entry, pricing, and billing accuracy. Configure and maintain system settings used for daily sales transactions, including menu pricing, discounts, and promotional adjustments. Troubleshoot day-to-day system issues reported by store staff, including errors in order processing, pricing, or invoice generation. Provide staff with assistance in resolving computer-related problems, including system malfunctions and software-related issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience as IT Analyst, Computer Systems Analyst, SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant, or related position. Experience in analyzing user requirements and business processes, and designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution systems for order entry, pricing, invoicing, and returns. Experience in analyzing, testing, and modifying computer systems to improve order processing, inventory tracking, and financial reporting accuracy. Experience in evaluating and implementing integrations across finance and inventory modules to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency. Experience in troubleshooting system issues, performing system testing, and supporting end users to ensure reliable system operations.
