Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a hybrid role based in Suffolk County, New York. This position focuses on managing the recruiting process from initial outreach through offer coordination while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract talent with relevant experience. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing ability, experience handling multiple openings at once, and a solid understanding of applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer support.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, networking channels, referrals, and other recruiting resources.

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance throughout the selection process.

• Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience.

• Screen applicants to evaluate experience, background, and fit for specific opportunities before advancing them through the process.

• Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and current, including candidate status updates, interview feedback, and recruiting activity notes.

• Communicate consistently with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely scheduling, feedback exchange, and hiring decisions.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required.

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple stages of the hiring process.

• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates proactively.

• Experience in corporate recruiting environments and supporting high-volume hiring needs.

• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems to manage workflows and documentation.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
