  • Performing lifecycle and obsolescence analyses to identify risks associated with aging infrastructure and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Applying engineering principles to investigate technical issues, conduct site surveys, and support facility system design reviews.

  • Providing technical support to Facility Systems Engineers and leadership to sustain mission-critical infrastructure.

  • Analyzing infrastructure data to improve resource allocation, system reliability, and operational resilience.

  • Maintaining and updating MDIOC Systems Engineering processes, procedures, and technical documentation.

  • Supporting Verification and Validation (V&V) activities, including developing test plans, executing procedures, collecting data, and documenting results.

  • Participating in stakeholder interviews to identify future infrastructure needs and technical requirements.

  • Coordinating with senior engineers, Project Management, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contractors, and mission partners to support infrastructure planning and execution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must have a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.

  • You will need a minimum of three (3) years of full-time professional experience supporting missile defense or Department of Defense/Department of War (DoD/DoW) programs, in accordance with Analyst II contractual requirements.

  • Knowledge of facility infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, safety, security, monitoring, and control systems.

  • Experience with asset management, configuration management, lifecycle assessments, and infrastructure obsolescence analysis.

  • Familiarity with systems engineering processes, technical baseline management, and Verification and Validation (V&V) activities.
