Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Teacher Aides who do not have a Child Development Associate (CDA) or one-year Early Childhood Education Stackable Certificate are required to attain one of these credentials within 2 years of hire. Sufficient English proficiency to comprehend both oral and written direction. Position Summary The Teacher Aide is a key member of the teaching team. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Teacher in the promotion of each child's development within a safe and supervised educational environment.
