POSITION SUMMARY
Looking for a hands-on role where every day brings something different? As a Concrete Manufacturing Associate on our Concrete Operations team, you’ll learn multiple areas of production and step in where your skills are needed most. From prepping and finishing products to kitting and working with concrete, you’ll play an important part in creating high-quality products built for communities to enjoy. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, learning new skills, working with their hands, and being part of a team. We’ll cross-train you in multiple areas so you can grow your knowledge and make an impact throughout the production process.
Hours: M-F, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn multiple areas of Concrete Operations and build a variety of hands-on production skills.

Prep and finish products by grinding, patching, grouting, and completing detailed finishing work.

Help prepare molds and materials for sprayed concrete products and learn mixing and spraying processes.

Build and modify pallets, package finished products, and prepare orders for safe shipment.

Help cast concrete products, operate production equipment, and move materials using hoists and forklifts.

Jump in where needed and work alongside teammates to meet production goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic computer knowledge, preferred

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

High School Diploma/GED preferred
The target hourly range is $21.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.
In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background screening, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
